It's always hard to keep up with the latest trends, but this year many of them are worth investing in. Why? Well, because most are actually classic staples that we should all own. For example, trench coats, flats, leather, and kitten heels are all super trendy right now, but they are also 100% classic items that will never go out of style. Chic, practical, and versatile pieces like these are timeless and can be mixed and matched with everything in your closet. So, with this logic, purchasing these trendy pieces is a legitimate necessity, right? Absolutely!

As is usually the case, there are also a few current trends that are more like fads...probably in this season and out the next. Things like: bows, the color red, wide leg cuffed jeans, tops with stripes, baggy trousers, studded belts, and of course...stanley cups- all fall into the fad category. Although they aren't classics, I do think they're all fun ways to make your outfits special so go ahead and indulge just in a more discriminating way.

They are so comfortable and so flattering...you are going to want them in every color!; 5- Cuffed Jeans- These jeans have been flying off the shelf so check the big department stores if they are sold out at VB; 6- Scarf, Earrings, Cuff- Chunky jewelry and cuffs, specifically, are super trendy right now!; 7- Kitten Heels- Kitten heels are very in right now and this pair from Sam Edelman is so chic!; 8- Sneakers- This new brand is going to be BIG- mark my words.; 9- Zippered Tote- Totes are always trendy and this one zippers! So many colors and sizes too. Happy shopping!

Why not get them in an amazing trendy red color?!

But, that's not all! The following trends from 2023 will still work for 2024...

MIDI DENIM SKIRTS: The sleek midi jean skirts from last year will still work from last season and that's good news because I think they have a retro yet sophisticated feel. They can be dressed up with a heel or down with a sneaker so the versatility is 👍. FRAME and Madewell.

VESTS: I LOVE the vest trend and am so glad it's sticking around. Wear one with a slip skirt or a pair of jeans for a clean, sleek look. Check Vest and Halter Vest.

DENIM DRESSES: The jean dress trend is also here for spring and now they have so many varieties available. Long, short, tight and loose- there's one available for every body type. Short Denim Dress and Midi Denim Dress.

BLUE & ANIMAL PRINTS: Finally, I've read on many fashion blogs that BLUE is going to be big this spring and animal prints are coming back 🐆. Blue is a very flattering color on most and a touch of leopard with an all white or all black outfit is so classy.
